Where is this card accepted?
Online
Log into your account at zalando.ie or in the Zalando app. Enter your gift voucher code in the 'My Vouchers' section. The amount will be instantly credited to your account. Alternatively, you can enter the voucher code directly at the checkout stage in the voucher code field. If you do not use the complete voucher value all at once, the remaining value will be credited to your Zalando account.
Exclusions
Your gift card can be used for fashion wearables on the Zalando platform. There are a few categories that don't fall under “fashion wearables”, such as: Jewellery and watches; Home, lifestyle and electronics; Sports equipment; Travel bags and wallets; Beauty and makeup.
Terms and Conditions
There is no expiration date or minimum order value for gift vouchers. It is not possible to exchange the gift voucher for cash in the case of loss or damage. If you cancel your order or return your items that were ordered with your gift voucher credit, the value will be transferred back to your Zalando account as credit. It is unfortunately not possible to redeem your gift voucher credit retrospectively. The purchase of the voucher itself cannot be exchanged or refunded. The gift voucher can be used on zalando.ie or on the Zalando app. *Please note: To qualify for free delivery, you must meet the minimum order value of €24.90.
